Before anything else, we want to say thank you.
The support, trust, and enthusiasm you’ve shown our card cleaning and restoration service has genuinely meant the world to us. What started as a small, careful operation has grown faster than we ever imagined since we launched in September — and that growth is entirely because of the amazing collecting community around us.
As demand has increased, many of you have asked whether there’s a way to have cards turned around more quickly when needed. We’ve listened carefully, and after a lot of thought, we’ve introduced an optional Priority Queue to respond to those requests — without ever compromising the quality of our work.
What is Priority Queue?
Priority Queue is a £5 per card add-on that moves your card forward in our processing order.
We want to be completely transparent about what this means:
💜 The cleaning and restoration process stays exactly the same
💜 The same care, tools, and attention to detail are used
💜 Every card is treated with equal respect
🚫 This is not a premium service
🚫 No shortcuts or rushed work
The only difference is when your card enters the workflow.
Why have we introduced it?
This option exists for one simple reason: you asked for it — and we wanted to find a way to say yes responsibly.
As a small, hands-on service, we deliberately limit how many cards we work on at once to protect quality. Priority Queue allows us to:
Keep turnaround times realistic and honest
Prevent queues from becoming overwhelming
Offer flexibility when collectors are working to deadlines
Maintain the standard of work you trust us with
It helps us respond to demand in a way that works for both collectors and the service itself.
Who is Priority Queue for?
Priority Queue may be helpful if:
You’re working to a grading or submission deadline
You need cards back for an event, trade night, or sale
You’ve sent in a small number of cards and would like a quicker return
You’ve asked us before if faster turnaround was possible
If you’re happy to wait, nothing changes. Our standard queue remains exactly the same, and every card receives the same care.
How it works
Simply add on Priority Queue when adding each service to your cart
Your card is logged as usual
It’s placed ahead of standard-queue cards
It enters cleaning and restoration sooner
The process and standards remain unchanged
