For cleaning, this is usually around a week once it arrives in the studio but can vary on the workload we have.
If you have a deadline in mind, please let us know beforehand and we will endeavor to work to it.
Due to the unique nature of restoration, this will be advised on a case by case basis.

Unfortunately not, whitening cannot be removed as it is where the colour/paint has come off.

Whilst our cleaning and restoration services can improve a card’s presentation and potentially support higher grading outcomes, we cannot guarantee a specific grade. Grading decisions are always at the discretion of the grading company (and we know what they can be like!)

Sadly no — we are unable to work on cards that are ripped, torn, or where creases or dents have breached the top surface layer of the card.
Our services are designed to improve presentation, reduce minor imperfections, and restore structure where possible, but we cannot repair damage that has broken through the card stock due to the use of liquid and humidity.

Yes! We can help you submits to TAG via BPT Southampton and PSA, Beckett & CGC via Black Label Grading (also via drop off at BPT Southampton).
We also provide a 5% discount code for Black Label pre-bookings that are submitted through BPT Southampton.

Yes, cards can be dropped off to our studio based in Hythe Southampton. Please contact us first to arrange this beforehand.

We offer a range of postage options with varying levels of insurance, tracking, and delivery speed, so you can choose the service that best suits the value and needs of your collection.
To give you peace of mind, every card is carefully packaged before dispatch. Each card is placed in a penny sleeve and semi-rigid holder, wrapped in protective bubble wrap, and secured inside a sturdy small-parcel box to ensure maximum protection in transit.
You’ll always remain in full control of the process. If you change your mind about the postage option after your service — for example, if you feel your card’s value has increased — we can simply adjust your invoice to reflect your updated choice. Likewise, if you decide to add or remove our grading drop-off service, we can amend your order with no problem.

We are super flexible, and if you haven’t decided to either grade or keep in your personal collection you don’t have to pick yet.
We will keep you updated throughout the process, and can invoice you separately for postage if you choose not to use our free grading drop off service.
