Priority Queue - £5 per card

Our Priority Queue option is designed for customers who need a faster turnaround due to time-sensitive requirements.

This add-on does not change the card cleaning or restoration process itself. All cards receive the same level of care, techniques, and attention regardless of turnaround option. Priority Queue simply moves your cards forward in our processing schedule.

How it works:

• Cards added to the Priority Queue are processed ahead of standard orders

• The same cleaning and restoration methods are used

• Ideal for grading deadlines, events, gifts, or urgent submissions

Pricing:

• £5 per card (in addition to standard service pricing)

Turnaround times:

• Standard service: Estimated 10–14 working days

• Priority Queue: Estimated 3–5 working days
  (Turnaround begins once cards are logged and assessed.)

Important notes:

• Priority Queue availability is limited to protect service quality

• Once weekly capacity is reached, this option may be temporarily unavailable

• Priority Queue affects processing order only — it does not guarantee grading outcomes or alter restoration results
